1. General Information
1.1. Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the website Go Went Gone, as well as all services offered by the platform.
You understand that by using these services, you enter into a legally binding contract with Go Went Gone that requires your unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1.2. Go Went Gone Services
Go Went Gone is a service which provides students with exercises, materials and lessons. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for necessary equipment and Internet service, so as to access Go Went Gone.
1.3. Amendment of these Terms
We reserve the right to make amendements and modifications to these Terms and Conditions at our own discretion. It is the responsibility of the consumer to check this page regularly to remain informed about any modifications.
2. Service
2.1. Lessons
Go Went Gone offers students both private and group lessons. It is the duty of Go Went Gone to ensure that the lessons are carried out as agreed upon.
2.2. Trial Lessons
In accordance with the tutor's pricing page, Go Went Gone offers 1 discounted trial lesson to each new student at the teacher's discretion. Corresponding information is to be found on each tutor's pricing page. Only one trial lesson is permitted for each student. Upon completion of the trial lesson, a continuation of the lessons is at both the student and the teacher's discretion.
2.3. Termination of Collaboration
A teacher can at any time terminate the collaboration with a student. A student or parent also has the right to terminate the collaboration at any time, but can only receive reimbursment under certain conditions. See 3.4. Refunds for further information.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by the Student
If a student cancels a lesson within 24 hours of the starting time, the student or parent will remain liable to pay for the corresponding lesson fees. If a cancellation is with more than 24 hours' notice, the student will be entitled to receive a replacement lesson at no extra cost. Exceptions may be made, at the discretion of the teacher, in the event of a compelling reason for cancellation.
3.2. Non-Appearance
If a student does not come to the scheduled class, the student or parent will remain liable to pay for the corresponding lesson fees.
3.3. Cancellation by the Teacher
It is the duty of the teacher to attend scheduled classes. A teacher may cancel a scheduled class at any time, but remains obliged to inform the student in writing of the cancellation and provide a replacement session.
3.4. Refunds
A student or parent cannot receive a refund for retrospective lessons. If a student or parent has paid for a course on the platform, there is no possibility to receive a refund once the course has commenced. In the event that a group course is cancelled by the teacher or the platform, a refund based on the number of incomplete lessons will be issued. The refund for the remaining lessons is to be calculated as follows: price of course/total number of lessons*number of incomplete lessons.
